 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking
 number once your order is shipped. You can use this number to track your order’s progress.

 processed normally, but delays may occur due to heightened safety protocols. We appreciate your patience

 Customs, Duties, and Taxes OurTreasureShop.store is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes
 applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
 If a package is returned due to unpaid customs or taxes, we will refund the product cost only (excluding
 shipping fees).
 Damages If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo at
 support@ourtreasureshop.store@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace damaged items as
 long as we are notified within this timeframe.
